What makes your bows better than others?
When assembling korker bows, many people use elastic thread. This can cause pieces of ribbon to become uneven or even fall out. I sew each bow to assure that this does not happen. This makes for a better quality bow. I also make sure to fray check each strand of ribbon so your bow should not ever fray.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! You can order a bow you see displayed on this site, or you can order a custom bow. Bows I'm able to make are limited to the ribbon I can find. I will discount any order if you've already got the ribbon and would like to mail it to me to create your custom bow for you. You can also inform me of a store you've seen ribbon at, and I can search for it if the store is in my area.
Can I add something to my bow?
Yes! You can add jewels, flowers, or any other item you can imagine (that fits, of course) to your bow. If you would like to add a single large jewel, this is best for the smaller bows. However, small rhinestones can be placed on areas of the bow. Costs for these items is listed under the 'Pricing' tab, but will also be discussed when you contact me with your order.
How do I order a bow?
To order, please contact me via email first. We can then discuss the customization you would like and I can ensure that I have that ribbon in stock or am able to find it. Then I will send you an invoice through paypal or through email. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received and processed.
How do I pay for my order?
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. If you are only ordering one bow you can order straight from this site. However, if you are ordering multiple bows, the site doesn't allow for any discounts on multiple bows, shipping, or add delivery confirmation to shipping if desired. Thus, please email me and I can send you an invoice. I can accept money order or check, however orders paid by check will have a longer wait time. Paypal is the most efficient method. **In order to get the 2-for discounts, if you order through the website directly, any overpayments will be refunded to you within 2 days...as well as any excess shipping charges beyond $1.**
What if I don't have Paypal?
No problem! When you click on the "checkout with paypal" tab, you will see in the bottom lefthand corner that paypal doesn't require you to have an account in order to check out with them. You can use a credit card or bank account via paypal as well!
Can I return a bow?
Bows can be exchanged only, no refunds. If there is a problem with your bow, please email me and we will discuss the issue. If there is a serious defect with the bow, we will exchange it/fix it free of charge (you pay return shipping) if you've made contact with us regarding your issue within 10 days of shipment. We are confident that you will be pleased with your custom bow creation!
